The New Year holiday for us is not just one day a year. This is a whole season when you can immerse yourself in the cozy nostalgia of childhood and family traditions! And that’s why we launched our Russian seasons at Lambic to plunge into those very memories!
We recommend starting with snacks and salads. There you will find familiar and beloved dishes from childhood, but in the author’s Lambic presentation: mimosa with smoked salmon and red caviar, herring with tartare from Yalta onions with crumpled potatoes and pancakes with trout caviar.
The main dishes included mini cabbage rolls with crab, pancakes with cream julienne and dumplings with potatoes and mushrooms with parmesan mousse. We recommend sparkling wine Magnatum Blanc de Blanc or a set of four berry tinctures «Onegin».
In order to warm up, try fish soup from three types of fish with toast with herring oil, and to lift the mood — honey cake with sea buckthorn cream and spicy persimmon!
